GILL DOWLING

Gill trained with Brighouses and after a period with other firms returned to Brighouses in 2013. Her friendly and approachable manner is much appreciated by her clients. 

 

Gill has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of commercial properties, dealing with commercial leases and commercial refinances including large portfolios of properties. Gill also covers all areas of residential conveyancing (including equity release cases). 

 

Gill has been President of the Southport and Ormskirk Law Society in 2019 and 2022.
