GILL CHEETHAM

Partner - Head of Family

Gill has been a solicitor since 1989 and has been at Brighouses since 1992. She heads our family department and specialises in all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes and children issues. 

Gill has expertise in high net worth financial disputes and also has considerable experience in conveyancing transactions.

Gill recognises that the breakdown of a relationship can be traumatic and stressful and adopts a compassionate yet practical approach, to suit the individual needs of her clients.

Gill is a trained mediator and a collaborative lawyer, she is a member of Resolution and a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel.
