Our Family Department provides advice and assistance in all aspects of family work, including:-
- Relationship breakdown, including cohabitation, separation and divorce.
- Children issues, including adoption and care proceedings.
- Property and financial issues, including maintenance and child support.
- Domestic violence
- Mediation.
We are members of the Law Society Specialist Family Law Panel and Solicitors Family Law Association and have a franchise from the Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid).
We have a fully trained Mediator and can offer this service as an alternative to the Court process.
