We do not directly employ an expert in this field but we have established links with high quality, independent Investment Advisors with a proven track record. As you may be aware, many transactions in this field generate payments or commissions to the independent Advisor. Unlike many other businesses it has always been our policy to secure a share of that commission where possible and account to our Clients by agreement.
The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able, in certain circumstances, to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are a member of the Law Society. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.
